The Citadel is a soft shell vest built to protect your core when the wind picks up and the weather turns. A 5,000 mm membrane blocks rain and drizzle, and a DWR-coated polyester shell makes mist and road spray bead up and roll off. Because it’s sleeveless, your arms stay free to rotate through the swing. The brushed tricot lining adds warmth without much weight, and the slim cut layers cleanly over a sweater or long-sleeve tee, or under a heavier shell when conditions get worse. Wear it for transitional-season rounds, damp morning commutes, or trail walks.
